Job Summary

#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER by joining an Agri focused Company that seeks the expertise of a Senior Cost Accountant

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in a Cost / Management Accounting role within a Manufacturing or Production environment
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
CIMA qualified near completion or extensive relevant cost accounting experience
Experience managing cost accounting functions across production or plant environments will be advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
Proven ability to partner with operational and plant management teams
Leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to lead a small finance team
Ability to manage and develop assistant accountants and inventory controllers
Willingness to travel regularly between production sites
Valid drivers license and own vehicle required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
Experience with ERP systems (Navision advantageous)
High attention to detail accuracy and strong organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a manufacturing environment

Salary Structure:

Negotiable based on experience
