Job Summary

Purpose of role

The purpose of this post is to provide front line support to all system users and provide troubleshooting solutions when errors arise or a system issue occurs.

Essential Criteria

  • Hold a comparable and relevant third level qualification of at least level 6 on the National Qualifications Framework maintained by Qualifications and Quality Ireland (QQI)
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative or customer service experience with at least 1 year working in Human Resources or Payroll
