The Senior Pensions Projects & iConnect Administrator plays a key role in managing the Heywood iConnect system supporting accurate and timely pension data transfers for employers across the East Sussex Pension Fund. Alongside this you will contribute to project and process improvement work within the Pensions Administration Team helping to enhance systems reporting and ways of working. You will review onboarding files oversee daytoday iConnect activities and support employers with their monthly submissions. You will also provide updates at weekly catchups with Pension Team Managers. The role includes producing reports and contributing to project activities such as process reviews and data analysis. You will work within the Systems & Projects Team which focuses on digital processes systems development and improvements that support accurate and efficient services for members and employers.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have strong Excel skills and are confident analysing data.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and can follow structured processes.
- Have experience working in pensions administration or a similar environment.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both employers and internal teams.
Desirable:
- Experience with Heywoods iConnect Altair or similar pension systems.
- Familiarity with monthly or yearend pay data submission processes in pensions.
- Good knowledge of Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) benefits.
