Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and relationships between engagement signals and site activity indicators
Develop and validate a supervised machine learning model to classify site readiness into high medium and low categories
Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and interpret feature importance to support practical decision-making
Design and build a prototype dashboard that visualizes site readiness scores and rankings for study managers
Translate healthcare professional engagement signals into site-level insights to support proactive trial planning
Document findings insights and recommendations in a structured report
Collaborate with stakeholders to help shape a data-driven framework for smarter site prioritization
