Are you an experienced Auto Dealership bookkeeper looking for an exciting opportunity Look no further! Audi New Rochelle is a family owned automobile dealership serving the tri-state area since 1980. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process invoices receipts bank depositsand payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and maintain organized financial filing systems
- Perform general ledger entries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes
- Assist with payroll processing
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as abookkeeper in an auto dealership or in a similar role
- Proficient inMS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of financial statements and general ledger reconciliation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
