| Job Description: | The Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution (SCCR) Case Coordinator is responsible for case management duties including but not limited to: - Scheduling hearings for the Student Conduct Committee Health Science Center Student Conduct Committee or University Officials Board.
- Preparing and maintaining records for committee hearings.
- Communicating with potential witnesses responding students reporting/impacted parties and other conduct process participants.
- Preparing case packets for committee hearings.
- Schedule meetings/hearings for SCCR staff.
- Office management tasks including data entry phone/email communication and SCCR desk coverage when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Qualified candidates must demonstrate professionalism dependability timeliness and possess the ability to keep information confidential along with being proficient in verbal and written communication.
