TRUMPF is actively shaping the digital transformation for our customers and our company. The smart services team in Farmington is dedicated to grow our implementation of new after-sales services and solutions to support our customers and the service organization.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales colleagues to increase Sales of smart services products
• Present smart services products to customers sales team and other stakeholders
• Act as subject matter expert and provide training to customers and colleagues for smart services products
• Support the technical service department with smart services product implementation
• Represent the USMCA market and customer demands to development team
• Partner with technical service to provide predictive service to customers
• Structure analyze and interpret a high amount of field machines and service data
• Provide market input to Product Management in order to define solutions and new products to support the technical service department and its customers
• Organize and lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with customers other departments and TRUMPF subsidiaries
• Assist and coordinate special events and meetings when necessary
• Work closely with service managers sales and engineering to accomplish and meet expectations

Experience/Education

• Experience in big data/data analytics required.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and business intelligence capabilities. Must be extremely organized and able to work autonomously. Excellent communication synthesis and presentation skills required.
• Experience in project management and preferably agile methods.
• Familiarity with service processes and CNC machine industry is helpful. Knowledge of German language is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in engineering required.
