Sourcing Recruiter

The AWS Infrastructure Services Recruiting team is seeking a talented customer-focused sourcing recruiter with a passion for delighting clients and candidates to join our global recruiting organization. AWS Infrastructure Services dedicated talent acquisition team plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting top AWS Infrastructure Services professionals across all domains. These talent acquisition specialists partner closely with AWS leaders to understand technical and operational requirements driving candidate generation strategies and maintaining high hiring standards. This structure supported by strategic talent acquisition efforts enables Amazon to scale its AWS Infrastructure Services operations effectively while adapting to evolving customer needs and technologies.

Successful sourcers on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks forecasting and tracking against metrics and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative fast-paced environment can roll up their sleeves work hard and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.


Key job responsibilities
Partner with hiring teams to execute sourcing and assessment approaches
Source passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter internal databases and Boolean search techniques
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive market research
Track and report on key sourcing metrics and hiring funnel data
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
Support recruitment events and initiatives

- 1 years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Bachelors degree or 2 years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing tracking and managing candidates

- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events technology mixers and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
