Operation Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A. DIVISION FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:

The Operation Specialist is to execute collaborate & implement division processing efficiently and compliantly to accomplish routine tasks & additional target given by management. Perform well management on product maintenance storage & product integrity in line with registration approval & Quality release. It also supports crossfunctional stakeholders to have team- work performance.

B. POSITION PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The position is to proactively drive division processing in compliance with registration quality auditing & authorized approval for EPD objectives.

C. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Streamline communication and processes with distributors and internal crossfunctional departments regarding pricing matters tenders and special sales conditions.

• Monitor importation processes with service providers (customs brokers transportation warehouse and QA) to ensure timely goods receipt.

• Liaise with operations teams on inventory order fulfillment and backorder management to meet demand requirements.

• Manage expenses including: to-market price differences logistics and transportation customs declaration and tax fees storage truck arrangements for supplier products redressing official letters to hospitals and penalty fees. Prepare monthly purchase orders to third parties and follow up on delivery schedules.

• Collaborate with the distributor to monitor daily goods delivery and provide support for urgent hospital orders orders below NT$2500 product returns and exchanges.

• Coordinate divisional applications for expenses documentation purchasing and administrative affairs among Abbotts functional teams.

• Coordinate product redressing processes with external and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Other duties as assigned.

D. EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelors degree major in business or related fields

• Three years or above operations experience.

• Good communication skills with stakeholders.

• Proficient in Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Employee

• Detail oriented with problem-solving skills
