Lending Operations Supervisor
Job Summary
As a Loan Servicing Supervisor youll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. you will provide day-to-day operational leadership to a team of approximately 1015 individual contributors ensuring the accurate and timely execution of lending operations processes while maintaining strict adherence to established policies procedures regulatory requirements and team service level agreements (SLAs). In this role you will oversee daily workflows monitor team performance and provide guidance and support to ensure operational goals SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved.
What youll do:
- Oversee daily lending operations processing while ensuring accuracy efficiency and scalability
- Drive operational excellence by supporting cross-functional initiatives and process improvement efforts
- Contribute to reporting data analysis and identification of optimization opportunities
- Partner with leadership and internal teams to implement process enhancements and execute key projects
- Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders to resolve issues and align on priorities
- Serve as a point of contact for external partners maintaining strong relationships and service standards
- Supervise coach and develop team members through training feedback and performance management
- Promote best practices accountability and continuous improvement within the team
- Foster a collaborative high-performance team environment focused on quality service delivery
- Balance operational oversight with people leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure operational integrity while supporting organizational goals and team success
Qualifications :
23 years of experience in lending operations financial services loan servicing or a related operational environment
12 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing or mentoring individual contributors
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Operations Management or a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10 employees in a fast-paced high-volume operational environment
Strong understanding of operational workflows service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
Proven ability to monitor team performance manage daily workflows and ensure operational deadlines and SLAs are consistently met
Experience developing employees through coaching side-by-side training performance feedback and team development initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external business partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate expectations updates and operational insights
High level of attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy compliance and quality standards
