Responsibilities

What Youll Do

Deliver evidence-based ADL training therapeutic exercise and adaptive-equipment education under the supervision of a licensed OT.
Assist with evaluating progressing and documenting personalized care plans for geriatric post-surgical orthopedic and neurological patients.
Educate patients - and staff when appropriate -on safe transfers fall-prevention and self-management strategies.
Maintain a safe therapeutic environment by following security and infection-control protocols and ensuring equipment is in top condition.
Communicate progress and changes promptly to the OT and wider care team to keep treatment plans current and effective.

Qualifications

What Youll Bring

Accredited OTA degree and active (or eligible) Ohio OTA license with NBCOT certification.
Experienceor a strong interestin skilled-nursing geriatric or inpatient rehab settings.
Ability to work confidently and independently while staying closely aligned with your supervising OT.
Clear compassionate communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Pay Range

USD $35.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
