Job Summary
- Provide in person interpreting for families
- Facilitate communication between parents/caregivers and early intervention staff.
- Schedule visits for early intervention staff
- Provide interpreting services for early intervention visits including intake evaluation and home visits.
- $25-30 per hour
Qualifications :
- Verbal fluency in both English and language of specific population served.
- Interpreting experience preferred
- Valid drivers license and personal vehicle for in person interpreting services
- Understanding of interpreter role in encouraging and fostering direct communication between provider and parent/caregiver.
