What Youll Be Doing

• Command the Yard: Direct incoming trucks to the right spots for unloadingyoure the air traffic controller of the transfer station.

• Keep Things Moving: Help our customers get in and out quickly and safely.

• Team Up: Work alongside heavy equipment operators (Wheel Loaders/Backhoes) to keep the site organized.

• Be the Eyes & Ears: Spot potential hazards or incidents before they happen and report them to the team.

What You Bring to the Table

• Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work. Your team counts on you.

• Toughness: You arent afraid of a little weather. Rain or shine we get the job done.

• Communication: Youre comfortable talking to drivers and team members clearly.

• Valid Drivers License: Required to help move between sites when needed.

• Physical Ability: You can comfortably lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet.
