About the Team

About the Role

As a Sr. Associate Machine Learning Engineer you will build AI-driven solutions that enhance financial planning for enterprises at global scale. Youll design and develop intelligent workflows apply modern AI and data engineering practices and help deliver next-generation FP&A capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning.

You will work with rich HR and Finance datasets using Workdays AI development environment to create automation predictive insights and agent-based experiences that improve how customers use planning products.

This role offers the opportunity to apply strong technical problem-solving and creative thinking while working with modern AI technologies and agent frameworks to deliver impactful solutions for some of the worlds largest organizations.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience with production-levelSoftware Developmentincluding the conception specifying crafting programming documenting testing and bug fixing involved in creating and maintaining applications frameworks or other software components.

• 2 years of experience using programming languages (such as Python Java or similar) to deliver production quality software solutions in an industry setting.

• 2 years of experience building production quality software with public cloud technologies (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. AWS CloudFormation).

• 2 years experience designing and implementing data pipelines to extract transform and load data from various sources enabling the training and deployment of machine learning models.

Other Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Mathematics or Engineering.

• Experience maintaining and supporting production software.

• Experience with Machine Learning technologies frameworks and methods.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants.
