What Youll Do

As the Director Consumer PR youll manage development and implementation of integrated brand communication strategies that drive relevancy and growth across the EMEAI region (inclusive of India) for Authentics portfolio of brands (across lifestyle & entertainment portfolio). Reporting directly to the SVP Integrated Marketing EMEAI with a dotted line into the VP of Global Public Relations youll collaborate with the wider Global PR & Comms team regional Integrated Marketing team Brand Management team as well as our brand partners to develop and execute integrated communication strategies that drive relevancy and growth for Authentics portfolio in the region which includes globally renowned brands Ted Baker Brooks Brothers Hunter Juicy Couture Judith Leiber Nine West Prince and more.

What youll be working on

  • Strategic LeadershipLead the creation and execution of integrated PR and communications strategies across the EMEAI region aligning closely with Brand Management Global Communications and key commercial stakeholders.
  • Media Relations & StorytellingBuild and leverage senior-level editorial relationships to secure high-impact coverage across fashion lifestyle and business media. Shape compelling narratives that position brands at the forefront of culture and conversation.
  • Brand Reputation & Risk ManagementProtect and manage brand reputation across EMEAI for the lifestyle and entertainment brands identifying and escalating potential risks in real time. Partner closely with Corporate Communications on sensitive or high-impact issues to ensure globally-coordinated response strategies.
  • Audience Growth & RelevanceDrive initiatives that expand brand reach and cultural relevance engaging new and diverse audiences to support business growth and market penetration.
  • Showroom & Experiential Strategy:Lead the PR strategy and activation of Authentics interactive showrooms and style studio leveraging the space as an immersive hub for media and stylists relations press events and creators engagement.
  • Talent Celebrity & Stylist Engagement:Cultivate and manage relationships with stylists celebrities and cultural influencers in partnership with the Influencer Marketing Manager to maximize brand visibility across TV film digital social and print platforms.
  • Content Development & Media Outreach:Oversee the development of press materials including releases media alerts and tailored pitches. Ensure consistent high-quality storytelling across all communications outputs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Authentics Global Corporate Communications team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across EMEAI markets. Facilitate timely sharing of brand milestones campaigns and business updates internally and externally.
  • Events & Campaign Execution:Lead the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns press events and key moments that drive visibility and engagement across priority markets. Oversee the planning and execution of impactful press days events and editorial showcases.
  • Tools Systems & Reporting:Utilize industry-leading PR and media intelligence platforms (e.g. Cision Launchmetrics Muck Rack) to manage outreach track coverage measure impact and provide strategic insights to stakeholders.

Must Haves

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior PR/communications role managing multiple brands concurrently either in house or at an agency within fashion lifestyle entertainment or consumer brands across EMEAI
  • Experience working with celebrities and talent with a strong network across EMEAI media stylists and cultural influencers. (Must have demonstratable strong relationships across the EMEAI region with key press)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead regional strategy while aligning with global direction
  • Thorough knowledge of media landscape and timely news cycles across print digital broadcast and social across EMEAI

  • Exceptional storytelling demonstrated experience in generating creative ideas and ability to identify the brand-right opportunities that ladder up to the overall marketing strategy and brand goals.
  • Commercial awareness with a clear understanding of how PR drives business outcomes
  • A digital-first mindset with the ability to leverage emerging technologies and AI to enhance efficiency inform decisions and evolve PR and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated success prioritising and meeting daily weekly and seasonal deadlines in a fast-paced multi-brand/product environment (ideally in fashion).
  • Excellent communication skills both writing and speaking
  • Exceptional relationship building & leadership skills.
  • Both strategic and hands-on in how you approach your role
  • Solutions-oriented thrives under pressure and is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Enthusiasm for fashion retail entertainment and pop culture.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional European languages is highly desirable but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); Keynote skills are a plus.
