Cost Manager Civil Guwahati

The role is a CM Civil site based role for Guwahati ( Assam)

Post contract works skillsets required like Billing Quantification Change management and cost reporting

The resources need to be experienced with base build works with Industrial project is added advantage

Skills Required

• Overall experience is 7-8 years
• Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement.
• Experienced with or managing a team that uses multiple estimating tools and applications.
• Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases.
• The collaborative approach able to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Good organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrated strong listening and communication skills.
• Proven cost and/or commercial management experience ideally within a consultancy environment.

Qualifications :

Education - B.E/ - Civil
Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage
You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills
