Job Summary

We are looking for a new Senior Quality Assurance Engineer employee to be based in Tczew.

Summary:

In this role you will be maintaining quality engineering programs standards and improvements within the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Ensure product and process compliance with quality requirements and standards
• Lead problem-solving activities and implement corrective and preventive actions (8D)
• Maintain and develop quality documentation (FMEA Control Plan work instructions)
• Participate in internal customer and supplier audits
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and drive improvement actions
• Cooperate with Production Engineering Supply Chain and other departments to improve quality performance

The experience/qualification were looking to add to our team:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Quality Mechanical Industrial Automation or related)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality tools: 8D FMEA SPC MSA Root Cause Analysis
• Very good command of Polish & English language
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive approach independence and high sense of ownership
• Eligibility to work in Poland (EU).
