Job Summary
Project the aim youll have
Our client is a leading e-commerce company specializing in fashion shoes accessories beauty i.e. a retail/online fashion platform.
Position how youll contribute
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce.
- Gather document and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create user stories use cases and process maps.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to design solutions.
- Conduct testing of new functionalities (UAT SIT) and support deployment.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end users.
- Prepare business and system documentation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements
Qualifications :
Expectations the experience you need
- Proficient CRM B2B process excellence experience (sales service support/care) and process mapping skills.
- 6 years working on the Platform.
- Driving complex projects and end to end ownership.
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
- Experience using process design tools (e.g. Signavio)
