Job Description

We areseekinga highly experienced and dynamicTalent Acquisition CenterofExcellence (COE) LeadforNorth America. Reporting directly to the Vice President Global Talent Acquisition the COE Leadwill play a crucial role in shaping and executing the talent acquisition strategy.In this role you will drive operational efficiencies contribute to the strategic development of talent acquisition practices and ensure recruitment efforts align with both regional and global businessobjectives. As an integral member of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team you willrepresenttheNorth Americanregion fostering collaboration across regions and ensuring alignment with global priorities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Deployment:

  • Execute global talent acquisition strategy forNorth Americaaligned with the organizations businessobjectivesand growth plans.

  • Drive key talent acquisition metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

  • Use data-driven approaches to analyze trends generate insights and support strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead mentor and develop recruitment teams acrosstheregionto ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Provide input and regional perspective to global recruitment process improvementfostering innovation and adaptability.

  • Supporting HRteam members and stakeholders inimplementing newrecruitment processes systemsand services.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for talent acquisition initiatives.

Employer Branding:

  • Collaborate with regional marketing and communications teams to localize the organizations employer brand whilemaintainingglobal brand consistency.

  • Develop and execute innovative employer branding strategies to positionNorth Americanmarketunitsas employers of choice.

Sourcing and Recruitment:

  • Work withlocaltalent acquisition and HR leadership to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitmentstrategies to attract engage and hire top talent in competitive markets.

  • Utilize various sourcing channels including social media job boards professional networks and employee referrals toidentifyand engage passive candidates.

  • Supports strategic sourcing and local/regional HR withescalationsfor questions or issues related to the contingent labor program inthe region ensuring effective management and resolution in collaboration with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.

Executive Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with seniorbusiness and HRleadership to align executive recruitmentstrategyforNorth Americancountries.

  • Partnerand manageexternal executive search firmengagementsas needed ensuring alignment with company valuesand strategic priorities.

  • Handle sensitive executive searches with discretion andmaintainconfidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform leadership hiring trends inNorth America.

Technology and Tools:

  • Implementrecruitment technologies to streamline processes enhance the candidate experience and improve outcomes.

  • Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metricsidentifytrends and make data-driven decisions tooptimizetalent acquisition efforts.

Compliance and Diversity:

  • Partner with country HR leaders to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in the markets.

  • Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote an inclusive workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources business administration ora relatedfield; masters degree preferred.

  • Minimum of7-10 years of experience in talent acquisitionwith a strong understanding of global talent markets and best practices.

  • Minimumof5 years talent acquisition leadership withdemonstratedexperience leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams in a global matrixed organization.

  • Proven experience in executive recruitment successfully placing senior leadership roles.

  • Knowledge of contingent workforce management across multiple regions especially in global companies.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate businessobjectivesinto actionable talent acquisition strategies.

  • Proficiencyin recruitment technologies and using analytics to drive results.

  • Strong commitment to diversity equity and inclusion with experience in implementing inclusive recruitment practices.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work across different time zones to support global recruitment efforts.

  • Must have hands-on experience with recruitment technology and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing end-to-end recruitment processes; Workday strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity withadditionalrecruitment tools and platforms for sourcing tracking and engagement is beneficial.

  • Continuouslyidentifyareas for improvement to enhance efficiency candidate experience and compliance.
