Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year experience in a healthcare setting and/or supervisory/management experience required.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with coursework in clerical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Self-directed and adaptable with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Skilled in training evaluation and process improvement
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
- High emotional intelligence integrity and creative thinking
