Work Schedule: Day Shift 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a House Supervisor role within Quality Risk Management. The ideal candidate will oversee patient safety manage complaints and grievances and support regulatory compliance in an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient complaints and ensure timely intake investigation and resolution
Oversee event reporting triage and escalation processes
Conduct and facilitate Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA)
Develop and monitor corrective action plans
Support regulatory inquiries audits and survey readiness
Review medical records including mortality chart reviews
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with multiple departments to support patient safety initiatives
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute care experience (required)
Experience in Critical Care or Emergency Department preferred
Strong knowledge of quality risk management and patient safety practices
Excellent analytical communication and organizational skills
Certifications:
BLS certification required
