TECH LEAD FullStack Developer Java Angular ( mwd)

You will primarily be involved in the design and development of web and mobile interfaces for the Customer Portal while occasionally contributing to backend developments.

You will work within a crossfunctional agile team composed of a Product Owner Business Analyst Scrum Master and several developers collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Your Missions

• Work in an Agile (Scrum) and collaborative environment
• Design develop test deploy and monitor your solutions
• Maintain and enhance Web and Mobile applications (Angular Capacitor) as well as backend APIs (Scala)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of existing solutions
• Act as a technical reference within your application domain

Qualifications :

Frontend & Mobile

• Strong expertise in Angular (v15) TypeScript HTML and CSS
• Experience integrating UI/UX designs (Figma)
• Knowledge of hybrid mobile frameworks such as Capacitor or Cordova
• Strong adherence to Software Craftsmanship best practices (clean code testing architecture)

Backend

• Solid background in objectoriented programming (Java 8)
• Knowledge of Scala or willingness to develop expertise in this language
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs
• Working knowledge of MongoDB
• Familiarity with the JSON:API standard

Quality & DevOps

• Proficient with Git for version control
• Comfortable working with CI/CD tools (Kubernetes Jenkins etc.)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Instana Sentry or Datadog

Soft Skills

• Support and mentor peers through code reviews pair programming or coaching
• Strong collaboration skills and ease working with other technical teams
• Proactive wellorganized and solutionoriented
• Demonstrate benevolent leadership and strong adaptability
• Fluent in French and English
