Brand Activation Marketeer Iberica (Maternity Cover)

At Rituals were growing fast and were looking for a Brand Activation Marketeer to bring our brand to life across Portugal and Spain. This is an Iberia-wide role with a strong operational focus on Portugal ensuring activations are locally relevant flawlessly implemented in-store and delivering commercial results.

This is a maternity cover for approximately 7 months. 

Location: Barcelona (preferred) or Lisbon (to consider).

As Brand Activation Marketeer you will:

- Plan and execute the Iberica retail activation calendar (campaigns sampling and in-store experiences) including key seasonal moments and product/collection launches.

- Support marketing activations for store openings relocations and anniversaries as well as special events ensuring smooth in-store implementation.

- Track and analyse performance share market insights and monitor competitor/retail trends to optimise activations and identify new opportunities.

- Translate adapt and localise in-store/POS materials and activation communications supporting stores via ticketing and cascading commercial cycle briefings (especially to Portugal).

- Build and manage partnerships with shopping malls and local partners coordinating collaborations.

Qualifications :

You bring:

- Fluent Portuguese English and Spanish.

- 2 years of experience in a Marketing team (retail/brand activation is a strong plus).

- A strong understanding of the retail environment and hands-on in-store execution.

- Experience in localising global campaigns and adapting content to the local market.

- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-market environment.
