FP&A Analyst
YETI is searching for an individual to fill the role of FP&AAnalystsupportingthe European business inFinancial Planning. Basedin AmsterdamThe Netherlands this role will report to ourSenior FP&A Manager and will beakey business partnerprovidingkey financial support forthe European business.
This individual needs to be highly analytical with the ability to synthesize data and make sound business recommendationsacross business units. They must be a collaborative problem-solver who not only understands the numbers but also the broader business context around them. To be successful this individual must be able to communicate effectively across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
Support long-term planning processes through analysisand developmentoffinancial models.
Engage in regular financial planning processes such as annual operating planning quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks
Perform monthlyquarterlyand annual variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecastprovidingkey insight into the key drivers of performance.
Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for management highlighting key metrics and trends.
Assistin the development of strategic plans and initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.
Analyze operationalperformance andacross the channels and supportingfunctionsidentifyingopportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and projects.
Collaborate closely with business units to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with overallregionalgoals.
Supportthemanagement ofopexand capexacrossfunctions.
Own various analyses and presentations as needed for management.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business finance mathematics analytics or related field
At least2-4years of finance experience in FP&A or Operational Finance function analyticsdemandand/or sales forecasting
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with fast growing global consumer goods companies
SAPTableauor BI(or equivalent system) experience a plus
Personal Characteristics
Attention to detail and strong business acumen
Curiosity to improve systemsprocessesand reporting
Self-starter and persistent with strong analytical and organizational skills
Is known for developing and delivering results ona timelybasis
Able to work in an ambiguous fast-growing team-first environment
Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
