Certification specialist

Ensure the availability of compliance certificates for finished products
Timely preparation of all types of certificates (ST-KZ ST-1 certificates of conformity state registration certificates etc.)
Responsible for the development coordination and management of certification-related matters
Ensure timely calibration and metrological certification of measuring instruments and testing equipment
Ensure the effective functioning of the Quality Management System (QMS) and propose improvements
Process payments for Research and Development department expenses through the SAP system and provide supporting documents to the accounting department
Create technical requests in the SAP system
Support coordinate and collaborate on special projects
Provide administrative support to the Head of the Technical Department
Comply with health safety and fire protection regulations
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of job responsibilities

Qualifications :

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Proficient PC user
English language proficiency at Intermediate level
