Role Overview

Were seeking a Senior Product Manager Mobile Experiences to own the strategy roadmap and delivery of FranConnects mobile products. This role focuses on solving the right problems for manager- employee- and franchisee-facing experiences with an emphasis on critical field-first daily workflows.

Youll work in a close product triad with Design and Engineering partnering with offshore engineering teams in India to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

What Youll Do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for FranConnects mobile experiences
• Define and prioritize solutions for field-first daily-use workflows
• Balance the needs of managers employees and franchise stakeholders
• Partner with Design to shape intuitive consistent mobile experiences
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver reliable performant mobile solutions
• Use data customer feedback and business context to define problems and measure outcomes
• Align mobile strategy with broader product and platform goals
• Present mobile strategy decisions and results to customers and product leadership

What Were Looking For

• 6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience owning mobile products or mobile-first workflows
• Strong product judgment in complex multi-user environments
• Ability to make tradeoffs and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus
