Position Overview

Provides administrative HR support for personnel processing and employee services ensuring accurate and timely execution of personnel actions. This role supports a nationwide workforce by maintaining records processing transactions and resolving employee inquiries.

Scope of Work Oversight

• Personnel processing and employee records management

• Payroll benefits and HR transaction support

• Employee services and inquiry resolution

• HR systems management (eOPF NFC SAP etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Process personnel actions and maintain employee records

• Support payroll benefits and HR transactions

• Respond to employee inquiries

• Maintain HR systems and documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• 3 years of HR or administrative support experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard HR/administrative systems

• Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to perform in a high-volume fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Primarily on-site with presence required to meet mission and operational needs

• Telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis depending on business requirements

• High-volume fast-paced environment supporting critical federal hiring operations and national security missions
