Accounting Administrator

The Scott Family of Dealerships is currently looking for an EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR

Auto Experience is necessary!

Hourly wage: $20 an hour depending on experience

PURPOSE:

• To support the Administrative Office and Finance Department in accounting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Process all service contracts and finance product remittances and reconciliations.
• Process all F&I related cancellations.
• Post and reconcile all finance reserve statements.
• Post & process all products sold outside of a deal.
• Oversee F&I chargebacks.
• Process and post all floorplan payoffs/floorplan reconciliation.
• Act as a back for daily deposit processing.

OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain a positive and professional image for the company
• Resolve issues as they arise
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Attend company meetings and events

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

• Prior automotive experience required
• Excel experience required
• Basic computer skills
• General office skills
• Indoor office environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Positive outgoing personality
• Punctual dependable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and willingness to learn
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
