Abilene Sports Medicine & Orthopedics Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon
Abilene Sports Medicine & Orthopedics (ASMO) is seeking a fellowship-trained or fellowship-eligible Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to join a well-established physician-led practice in West Texas. This is a strong opportunity to step into immediate surgical volume with a built-in referral base and the ability to develop a focused adult reconstruction practice.
The Opportunity
This position is anchored in total joint reconstruction with consistent demand for hip and knee procedures. The incoming surgeon will have the support to build a high-volume elective practice while also maintaining a balanced scope of general orthopedics if desired.
You will be joining a collaborative team that values access efficiency and patient-centered care. The practice offers strong clinical autonomy with the infrastructure and support needed to grow quickly and sustainably.

Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint preferred
Interest in building and growing a total joint practice
