The Role: We are seeking a motivated and strategic Manager of Marketing Technology to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our mission of creating sophisticated data-driven and personalized experiences for our customers. You will be the primary driver for our web personalization and AI initiatives from strategy and intake to execution and analysis.
The ideal candidate is a proactive learner passionate about leveraging technology to solve business problems and possesses a strong foundation in digital marketing. While direct experience in personalization is a huge plus we are looking for someone with aptitude and desire to grow into a subject matter expert. This position will also play a crucial role in shaping our future by exploring and implementing AI-powered automation to enhance our marketing efforts
Key Responsibilities:
Web Personalization & Optimization:
- Lead the end-to-end management of web personalization campaigns using Adobe Target including A/B testing and AI-driven activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define campaign objectives and translate business needs into technical execution plans.
- Develop a deep understanding of Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP) to build and refine audience segments for targeted experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance derive actionable insights and create compelling narratives that tie results back to business objectives.
- Act as a thought leader educating the team on new personalization techniques and opportunities to innovate.
AI & Marketing Automation:
- Identify opportunities to automate marketing tasks and processes through the development and implementation of AI agents.
- Develop expertise in prompt engineering and automation workflows to become the teams go-to resource for marketing AI applications.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI and marketing technology to continuously drive innovation.
Data Governance & Compliance:
- Serve as the key point of contact for marketing technology compliance partnering closely with the legal and compliance teams.
- Ensure all personalization and data-driven marketing activities strictly adhere to internal data policies cookie consent requirements and privacy regulations.
- Oversee the processes for data transfer particularly from the CDP to paid multiple destinations ensuring all transfers are secure and compliant.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage the intake and prioritization of marketing technology requests ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Serve as the key liaison between the marketing team technical teams and external stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Oversee projects from conception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing and technology role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage client-facing and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- A strong desire and ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly and independently.
Preferred Qualifications (A Massive Advantage But Not Required):
- Hands-on experience with personalization platforms like Adobe Target Adobe RTCDP and Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with AI concepts prompt engineering or marketing automation tools.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is (82000 - 105000) which is determined based on skills knowledge and experience and geographic addition to base salary this role is eligible for annual
