Job Summary

Sales Consultant Melbourne CBD Mon-Fri Full-time Start 18th May

At iSelect customers come to us already looking to compare health insurance. Theres no cold calling and no lead chasing.

Your role is to have focused genuine conversations understand what matters to people and guide them to the right option.

This role suits people who want to build skills earn well and progress quickly in a structured environment where effort is noticed and rewarded.

What youll earn:

  • $70000 base incl. super from day one
  • $75000 base incl. super after 6 months
  • Uncapped monthly commission (paid on top of base)
  • 6monthly salary reviews with progression up to $110K base
  • Optional paid overtime available with penalty rates

What youll be doing daytoday

Youll speak with customers who are already motivated to compare their options. Many are feeling the impact of rising costs and want clarity.

Your role is to:

  • Ask smart questions
  • Listen carefully
  • Explain health insurance clearly and simply
  • Help customers choose cover that fits their life and budget

You dont need sales experience or health insurance knowledge well teach you that.
