Trojan Kids Club Aide

Nampa Christian Schools is seeking a Trojan Kids Club (TKC) Aide for our after school program.

Reporting Structure

This administrative position will report to the TKC Director

Position Type

This is an hourly non-exempt position for the summer and school year.

Commensurate with experience.

It is expected that the TKC Aide will

• Demonstrate sensitivity toward staff parent volunteers and children and an ability to interact effectively with them.
• Meet everyday stress with emotional stability objectivity and optimism.
• Develop and maintain rapport with students parents and staff by treating others with courtesy patience friendliness dignity respect and a good sense of humor.
• Be a team player.
• Respectfully submit and be loyal to constituted authority.
• Maintain a personal appearance that is a Christian role model of cleanliness modesty and good taste consistent with school policy.
