The opportunity

As Team Manager HVDC Control & Protection IT and Cybersecurity you will lead a team delivering secure IT/OT design solutions for HVDC Control & Protection systems across global projects. The role combines people leadership cybersecurity-focused technical governance and project execution.

How youll make an impact

• Lead and support an IT/OT design team with strong focus on IT and cybersecurity.
• Build an inclusive collaborative high-performing team culture.
• Own and govern IT/OT and cybersecurity design for HVDC Control & Protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity IT/OT architecture and engineering standards.
• Drive standardization reuse and continuous improvement of secure IT/OT solutions.
• Support projects during design integration testing FAT/SAT and commissioning.
• Collaborate closely with engineering cybersecurity and system solutions teams.

Your background

• Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering IT Automation or similar.
• Experience with IT/OT systems preferably within HVDC or industrial environments.
• Understanding of virtualization platforms Windows/Linux networks firewalls cybersecurity.
• Experience in peoples leadership or motivation to grow into the role.
• Structured delivery-focused strong communication skills.
