As a Solutions Architect at AWS youll build technical relationships with customers of all sizes and operate as their trusted advisor ensuring they get the most out of the cloud at every stage of their journey.

Youll manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and our customers making recommendations on security cost performance reliability and operational efficiency to accelerate their challenging projects. Internally you will be the voice of the customer sharing their needs and wants to inform the roadmap of AWS this role your creativity will link technology to tangible solutions with the opportunity to implement cloud-native reference architectures for a variety of use cases.

You will participate in the creation and sharing of best practices technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers code samples blog posts) and evangelize and educate about AWS technology (e.g. through workshops user groups meetups public speaking online videos or conferences).

Key job responsibilities
You will:
- Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
- You will build the technical relationship with customers and operate as their trusted advisor. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide.
- Internally you will be the voice of the customer sharing their needs and wants to inform the roadmap of AWS features.
- You will participate in the creation and sharing of best practices technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. whitepapers code samples blog posts) and evangelize and educate about AWS (e.g. through workshops user groups meetups public speaking online videos or conferences).
- Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organization by hiring coaching and mentoring others.
- Develop areas of depth in technical domains relevant to your interests and your customers outcomes.

- Experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics).
- Experience in design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Speak write and read fluently in Dutch or French
- Bachelors degree HAVO diploma or equivalent

- Experience working in a cloud based development and production environment such as AWS
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Knowledge of cloud native design patterns DevOps practices AI Agents and AWS services
- Experience with or understanding of common enterprise regulations security and compliance standards
- Public speaking experience or passion for creating technical content
- Working knowledge of cloud native architectures
