Job Summary

Job Description

Responsible for repairs adjustments and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Performs electrical painting and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises. Conducts periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required. Maintains all equipment necessary to perform work. Primary emphasis is on performance of a variety of maintenance tasks rather than a high degree of skill in any particular : An Entry Para-Professional (S1) is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. Responsibilities typically include: Work is routine or follows standard procedures. Work is closely supervised.
