Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field
Masters degree or professional certifications (e.g. APICS CIPS) preferred
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management including at least 4 years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced analytical skills
Excellent leadership negotiation and communication capabilities
In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices procurement strategies and international logistics
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement integrated end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with the organizations business objectives.
Procurement & Vendor Management: Lead all procurement activities including vendor selection evaluation contract negotiation and performance management to ensure cost-effective and quality sourcing.
Logistics Oversight: Supervise local and international logistics operations to ensure timely cost-efficient delivery and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
Inventory & Warehouse Management: Optimize inventory planning warehouse operations and stock accuracy to support operational needs while minimizing holding costs.
Digital Transformation & Systems Improvement: Champion the use of ERP systems (SAP) and other digital tools to enhance supply chain visibility efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor KPIs to assess operational efficiency identify risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as Production Sales Finance and Customer Service to deliver cohesive supply chain solutions that support company growth.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead coach and develop a high-performing supply chain team fostering a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with global trade regulations company policies and industry standards.
