Job Summary
Job Description
Responsible for managing the companys IT infrastructure including networks systems hardware and internet connectivity across offices and showrooms. Ensures stable secure and high-performance IT services to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support LAN WAN VPN Wi-Fi and showroom internet connectivity
Configure and maintain network devices (firewalls switches access points)
Administer servers Active Directory DNS DHCP and virtualization
Install maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware (servers PCs laptops printers)
Ensure reliable internet connectivity for offices and showrooms
Provide Level 2 IT support and resolve infrastructure issues
Apply security best practices and system updates
Maintain basic documentation and hardware inventory
Manage hardware lifecycle: procurement support deployment upgrades and decommissioning
