Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle (job posting screening interviews offers)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and job postings on platforms
- Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and procedures
- Support onboarding activities for new hires

- Saudi National (Tamheer eligibility is required)
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Interest in recruitment and HR operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
- Fresh graduate or with limited experience
