We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support a global manufacturing organization operating within a matrix environment. This role is responsible for coordinating the full commercial cycle from RFQ through sales order entry ensuring accuracy consistency and timely execution across all stages.
The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity within the ERP system supporting sales reporting and enabling effective communication between Sales Engineering Operations and Finance. The ideal candidate brings strong verbal and written communication skills a high level of attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret sales data to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage incoming RFQs ensuring timely and accurate quotation development
Prepare pricing sheets and generate formal quotations in line with company procedures
Review purchase orders against quotations and resolve discrepancies prior to order entry
Convert approved quotations into sales orders ensuring complete and accurate documentation
Maintain and update all quotation and sales order data within the ERP system with a high degree of accuracy
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering Operations Accounting and Sales to gather required information and support order execution
Monitor quotation activity and follow up to drive conversion from quote to order
Analyze sales data and prepare reports to support weekly monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
Reconcile bookings revenue and backlog to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy
Support sales and operations meetings by preparing reports and tracking action items
Maintain organized documentation tracking tools and audit-compliant records
Escalate issues that may impact order fulfillment delivery timelines or customer commitments

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business Administration Commerce Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience)
35 years of experience in inside sales sales operations or sales support within a manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to work effectively across teams
High attention to detail with a structured and organized approach to work
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support reporting accuracy
Experience working with ERP systems (SYSPRO preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data reconciliation
Experience supporting sales reporting processes is an asset
Exposure to SQL or reporting tools (e.g. SSRS) is considered an asset
Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and operate effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
