Position Overview:
As a Channel Success Manager at AURA you will be responsible for driving the success of our channel partner ecosystem focusing on dealer and monitoring center partnerships. You will work closely with the sales marketing and operations teams to ensure that our partners are equipped to effectively sell support and expand the AURA platform. Your mission will be to foster strong relationships increase channel sales performance and provide exceptional support that drives mutual success for both AURA and our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners (dealers monitoring centers end users etc.) to ensure success and growth.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new partners providing training and resources to ensure smooth implementation and platform adoption.
- Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the tools resources and knowledge they need to effectively sell and promote AURAs security solutions.
- Market Expansion: Support the expansion of AURAs presence in key markets by collaborating with partners to drive new business and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal AURA teams (sales marketing and operations) to ensure alignment on strategies campaigns and initiatives.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on partner performance sales metrics and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the alarm or security ecosystem
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong partner relationships that drive mutual growth and success.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles partner enablement and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in ZOHO CRM.
- Familiarity in the security integrator space.
Work Schedule:
This is a Remote position
based in Dallas TX. Some travel domestically and internationally is required.
