Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 01 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of engineering standards codes and industry practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel Outlook)

Graduate Electrical Engineer

This is an entry-level Graduate Electrical Engineer position aimed at developing fresh or early-career engineers (01 years experience). The role involves working under supervision to apply fundamental engineering principles while gaining practical exposure to electrical engineering industry standards regulations and project execution practices.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day engineering activities including data collection preparation of technical documents and deliverables and participation in design reviews and peer checks. The role also involves assisting in identifying technical issues evaluating possible solutions and providing recommendations to senior engineers.

In addition the Graduate Electrical Engineer will contribute to project execution by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project scope timelines and quality requirements are met. The role includes exposure to procurement activities such as preparing material specifications reviewing vendor documents and supporting bid evaluations. There may also be opportunities to assist with site activities including construction commissioning and operational support.

The candidate is expected to build effective working relationships with internal teams clients and vendors while ensuring full compliance with health safety environmental (HSE) and quality standards. This role also supports continuous improvement initiatives adherence to engineering best practices and development of professional competencies within a structured learning environment
