• Lead the Intelligence Analytics function driving the application of AI advanced analytics data modeling and statistical methods to solve complex business problems.

• Establish best practices for model governance performance monitoring explainability and ethical use of AI.
• Lead mentor and develop a team of data scientists analytics engineers and analysts fostering a strong culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Drive adoption and impact by enabling datadriven decisionmaking through actionable insights dashboards and storytelling.
• Collaborate with data platform and engineering teams to ensure analytics solutions are scalable secure and productionready.
• Track and communicate business value ROI and performance metrics of AI and analytics initiatives to senior leadership.
• Stay current with emerging AI machine learning and statistical techniques and assess their applicability to the organization.
