Key Responsibilities: Sales Development (50%) -Conduct outbound prospecting (calls emails LinkedIn outreach) -Identify and qualify potential clients -Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers -Set meetings and appointments for RMs -Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline -Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation targets
Sales Administration (50%) -Prepare and maintain sales reports and trackers -Update and manage CRM systems and prospect database -Coordinate with internal teams (finance operations customer care ) -Monitor installations status and support sales execution
Qualifications: -Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field -13 years of experience in sales lead generation or sales support roles -Strong communication skills (verbal and written) -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets -Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is an advantage -Comfortable with both client-facing and administrative tasks
