Job Title: BIM Architect (F&B / Retail Projects)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative BIM Architect to lead the design and BIM coordination for F&B outlets retail spaces and restaurant projects. The candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality functional and visually appealing designs while ensuring efficient BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of BIM-based architectural designs for F&B and retail projects.
• Prepare concept designs detailed drawings and construction documentation.
• Ensure design compliance with brand standards operational requirements and local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design MEP project management) for seamless execution.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure quality control of BIM models and outputs.
• Manage project timelines deliverables and client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to BIM Modelers and junior team members.
• Ensure efficient BIM workflows standards and best practices are followed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
• 58 years of experience in architectural design and BIM preferably in F&B retail or hospitality projects.
• Strong expertise in Revit AutoCAD Navisworks and BIM coordination tools.
• Proven experience in handling multi-outlet / retail rollout projects is highly preferred.
• Strong design sense with attention to detail and functionality.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
