任职资格Job Qualifications
学历学位 (Education Background):全日制本科及以上学历法律法学等相关专业通过法律职业资格考试者优先
专业 (Professionals):法学/法律欢迎本硕复合专业
经验/履历 (Working Experience):本科5年左右/研究生3年以上律所或公司法务工作经验有丰富的法律事务处理经验需熟悉合同商事数据合规人事合规等领域
专业技能 (Professional Skills)
1. 具备扎实的法学功底全面的法律知识和严谨的法律逻辑思维
2. 具备独立的工作能力熟悉合同审查和公司日常法律实务处理经验
3. 具备行业敏锐度能为业务部门提供法律解决方案
4. 熟练掌握法律英语良好的口语和书面交流能力懂日语者亦可
5. 了解AI大模型可利用AI辅助文字性或创作性工作
软性技能Soft Skills

职位描述Discription of Specific Duties of the Position)
1.合同风险管理各类合同文本的起草翻译审查和修订协助解决合同全生命周期涉及的法律问题协助业务部门进行合同条款的商务谈判制定细化和推广对口业务部门所需的标准合同模板
2.业务支持为对口业务部门提供各类日常法律咨询提供基于商业利益的有效的法律解决方案对业务处理中的法律问题提供分析撰写业务部门所需的各类法律文件参与业务部门诉讼事务的初步分析和处理
3. 流程与制度管理根据立法更新和业务需求改进优化法务工作流程及相关制度CMS协助对口业务部门改进更新业务管理流程及制度文件提升管理效率
4. 培训根据对口业务部门的需求制定执行法律培训计划推进培训活动的开展提高业务部门法律风险意识参与合规培训个人信息保护等面向全员的主题培训
5. 法律情报收集和知识管理收集研究和发布公司业务相关的法律法规信息研判对公司业务的影响应对策略参与公司法律风险管理体系的建立编辑/发布LegalNewsletter专题法律分析报告等出版物维护/更新法律服务网站参与法务知识库的建立和更新
6.数据合规参与个人信息保护相关的合规项目的策划和实施ISO27701的审计和体系维护
7.合规管理参与公司合规体系的建立和完善参与合规热线举报案件的调查和处理策划和实施合规促进活动
8.日常业务公司公章管理项目授权的确认和协调等
9.完成上级指派的其他任务参与地区和全球法务交流活动
