Sales Intern(Remote)

As a Sales Intern at Odolutionyou will support the sales team by assisting in ongoing activities and developing the skills needed to effectively engage with international clients.. We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join our night shift team.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of freelancing platforms and excellent communication skills to engage with international clients. Knowledge of Odoo and CRM tools will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities
- Communicating with international clients to understand their project requirements.
- Assisting the team in finding new business opportunities on freelancing portals.
- Writing clear and persuasive proposals to win international projects.
- Updating and maintaining client data and sales pipelines in the Odoo CRM module.
- Working closely with the technical team to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintaining daily logs of client communication and lead status.
Must Have
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year (Business Marketing or IT backgrounds preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding or hands-on experience with Fiverr Upwork or other Freelancing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Odoo (ERP) and CRM software for lead management and tracking.
- Must be able to work the night shift to align with international time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Prior internship or project experience in sales marketing or business development.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO social media etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Confidence in handling client objections and queries.
