Job Summary
Job Title: Project Manager (Contract)
Location: Calgary AB (Hybrid/Onsite Preferred)
Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension)
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-priority engagement. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead end-to-end project delivery manage multiple stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast-paced high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery

Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and budgets

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives
-
Engage with senior stakeholders and provide regular status updates
-
Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues
-
Ensure successful delivery within scope time and quality expectations
-
Drive project governance reporting and documentation standards
-
Collaborate with technical teams leveraging tools such as Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps

10 years of Project Management experience
-
Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working in fast-paced client-facing environments

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Familiarity with Azure DevOps

Experience in legal regulatory or public sector environments

PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (nice to have)

Must be based in or able to work in Calgary AB

Available for full-time commitment (100%) for the duration of the contract
