Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead with deep hands on configuration expertise and a strong understanding of system integrations.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience across all Recruiting configuration areas (job requisitions application templates candidate profiles route maps permissions offers)
Solid understanding of Recruiting Employee Central / Onboarding integrations
Experience with Integration Center APIs and data mapping
Strong experience with Performance Management Goal Management Succession and Talent Intelligence Hub
Ability to support and troubleshoot integrations with external vendors (e.g. background checks assessments job boards)
Knowledge of inter module integrations and data persistence/timing scenarios (new hire internal hire cross boarding)
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) hands on experience
Deep knowledge of Recruiting configuration not just functional usage
Strong understanding of:
o Integration Center
o Inbound/outbound data flows
o Recruiting EC / Onboarding integration points
Experience supporting complex hiring scenarios (internal hires cross boarding rehires)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in large complex enterprise environments.
