Job Description:

Were looking for a Lead Data & ML Engineer to join a dynamic team driving innovation in data engineering and machine learning.

What Youll Do:

Design and develop robust ETL pipelines and data integrations across multiple platforms.
Build and optimize data engineering pipelines using Spark Databricks and Snowflake.
Collaborate with Quantitative Strategists & Modelers to develop and enhance ML/statistical models.
Re-engineer risk models using modern frameworks like PyTorch for improved performance.
Lead cloud transformation initiatives and drive end-to-end ML lifecycle (design deployment).
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Python Spark PySpark PyTorch Java C.
Hands-on experience with Databricks Snowflake MLflow.
Deep understanding of ETL Data Warehousing and Database Systems (DB2 Teradata SQL Server Hive).
Strong SQL & database programming (stored procedures triggers performance tuning).
Experience with Unix/Linux scripting (Shell/Perl).
Solid foundation in Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling.

Nice to Have:

Financial services / risk modeling experience.
Informatica ETL.
Cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Scala / AngularJS / KDB exposure.
