Job Summary

Solution Design & Configuration: Configure IBP planning areas key figures planning levels and algorithms (heuristics optimizer) to meet business requirements.
Module Expertise: Lead functional design for IBP modules including Demand Planning Supply & Response Inventory Optimization and S&OP.
Implementation & Deployment: Lead or support end-to-end IBP implementations including fit/gap workshops UAT sessions and blueprinting.
Data Integration: Setup and troubleshoot data integration flows using CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services) and RTI (Real-Time Integration) with S/4HANA.
Support & Optimization: Provide post-go-live support monitor planning jobs and optimize performance for Supply Chain Planning solutions.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on SAP IBP configuration and at least one full-cycle implementation.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in IBP modules (Demand Supply S&OP Inventory) and integration technologies.
Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA supply chain processes (MRP production planning).
Skills: Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain management IT or Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP IBP Certification.
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP Datasphere.
